So what exactly do you do with the Axis Points you've earned? You can spend them to unlock speacial features within certain games on this site. Note that no unlockable feature will make earning Axis Points any easier. The majority of the features are purely visual and do not affect the actual gameplay. This was done to keep the playing field for earning Axis Points equal for all users. Below is a list of all games with unlockable features.
